Knowledge grounding beyond naive retrieval

Modeling collection ownership, document quality, retrieval scope, and evidence as one production system.

Retrieval quality begins before vector search. Teams need clear document ownership, reliable ingestion, useful metadata, and a defined relationship between centrally managed collections and the domains allowed to use them.

Link knowledge instead of duplicating it

LiyaEngine collections are managed as knowledge resources and linked to domains. That keeps document lifecycle work in the knowledge surface while the domain controls whether its intents can retrieve from the collection.

Inspect the evidence

A grounded response should be reviewable. Retrieval context, selected passages, model execution, and returned output need to remain connected in the request trace so teams can improve the system with evidence.
